Choose station / locker pickup at checkout
Select locker pickup as the delivery method and designate the station or store.

Receive the arrival notice and PIN
When the package is placed in the locker, a 6-digit code arrives by email/SMS.

Enter the code at the terminal
Tap “pickup” at the locker terminal and enter the code; the door opens. QR display also works where supported.

Take your package and close the door
Take it out and close the door — always close it for the next person.
❓ FAQ
Q. What if I miss the deadline?
A. It's returned to the sender. Arrange redelivery via the service's support (a reshipping fee may apply).
Q. Items too big for the locker?
A. Over the size limit (about 60×45×40 cm) may not be eligible. Check before ordering; use home delivery for large items.
Q. The code doesn't work
A. Check ① expiry ② wrong store/station ③ code type (PIN/QR). If still stuck, call the support number in the notice email.
Q. No locker-enabled station nearby
A. Convenience-store pickup works nationwide. Designate a store near where you stay.
